1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Easy Print Walgreens (the “Service”) operated by Plus Minus One(“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
These Terms apply to everyone who visits quickprints.co/walgreens, downloads the Easy Print Walgreens iOS app, or places a print order through either.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, and at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Our Service
Easy Print Walgreens enables you to upload photographs, order prints, and either pick them up at a participating Walgreens location or have them shipped to an address you provide. Plus Minus One partners with Walgreens to fulfill in-store pickup orders through their photo printing infrastructure. While we work closely with Walgreens, Easy Print Walgreens is developed and operated by Plus Minus One as an independent product.
4. Orders, Pricing & Payment
- Pricing. Prices shown in the app are in US dollars and include the per-print cost. Shipping, taxes, and service fees (if any) are displayed at checkout before you confirm the order.
- Payment. For store pickup orders, payment is made at the Walgreens store when you collect your prints. For home delivery orders, we accept major credit/debit cards and Apple Pay on supported devices — by submitting payment information you authorize us to charge the total shown at checkout.
- Order confirmation. An order is accepted once you see the order confirmation on screen or receive a confirmation email. Until then, we may cancel or reject any order, including for stock, pricing, or fulfillment issues.
- Pickup / shipping times. Stated pickup and shipping times are estimates. We're not liable for minor delays caused by the partner store, carrier, weather, or events outside our reasonable control.
5. Order Issues & Refunds
If your order does not reach you — whether it is lost in transit, not available at the store, or otherwise undeliverable — the amount you paid will be refunded to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear in your bank account within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Print quality depends on the resolution of the file you upload. We will warn you before checkout if a photo is unlikely to print well at the selected size.
6. Your Photos & Content
You retain all rights to the photos you upload. You grant Plus Minus One a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to host, transmit, process, and print your photos solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We do not sell your photos, use them for marketing, or share them with anyone outside the fulfillment chain.
You represent that (a) you own the rights to every photo you upload or have permission to print it, and (b) the photos do not infringe any third party's copyright, publicity, or privacy rights.
7. Prohibited Content
You may not upload or order prints of photos that contain:
- Sexually explicit imagery involving minors or any content that sexualizes minors;
- Content that promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination against any group;
- Content that infringes intellectual property rights or violates anyone's privacy;
- Content that is illegal to reproduce in your jurisdiction.
We may refuse or cancel any order that violates these rules and, where required by law, report suspected illegal content to authorities.
8. Cancellations
You can cancel an order before printing has started by emailing support. Once the order enters the printing stage at the Walgreens location it can no longer be cancelled. If a non-cancellable order fails to reach you, Section 5 applies and your payment will be refunded.
9. Intellectual Property
All Service materials — including the Easy Print Walgreens name, logo, app design, graphics, software, and website — are owned by Plus Minus One and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Service without our prior written consent.
10. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party providers for payment processing, delivery logistics, map tiles, and in-store fulfillment at Walgreens. Their handling of your information is governed by their own policies; we share only what is strictly necessary to complete your order.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plus Minus One disclaims all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plus Minus One's total liability arising out of or related to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) US $100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Plus Minus Oneharmless from any claim, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
14. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware (USA), without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the American Arbitration Association's Consumer Arbitration Rules, or in the state or federal courts located in Delaware — at our mutual election. You waive the right to participate in any class action.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. If the changes are material we'll notify you by email or in-app notice at least 10 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
