1. Who we are
Plus Minus One (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates Easy Print Walgreens, a photo printing service available at quickprints.co/walgreens and through our iOS app. We partner with Walgreens to offer in-store photo printing and pickup services.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Order information: name, email, shipping/pickup address, phone (for delivery orders).
- Photo files you upload to print.
- Payment information: processed by our payment provider (Braintree / Apple Pay). We do not see or store your full card number; we only receive a secure token and the last four digits.
Information we collect automatically
- Device & usage: device type, OS, browser, IP address, pages viewed, crash reports.
- Approximate location (from your IP) to suggest nearby stores; precise location only if you grant permission.
- Cookies & local storage for session continuity, saved form data, and basic analytics.
3. How we use your information
- To process, fulfill, and deliver your orders.
- To send order confirmations, pickup-ready alerts, shipping updates, and support replies.
- To prevent fraud, abuse, and chargebacks.
- To improve the Service — fix bugs, measure performance, and build features our customers actually want.
- To comply with legal obligations (tax, accounting, law-enforcement requests).
We do not use your photos to train AI models, advertise, or for any purpose beyond fulfilling your order.
4. How we share your information
We share the minimum necessary with:
- Walgreens — to print and hand off your order at your chosen store. Only the selected store receives your photos and order details.
- Payment processors (Braintree, Apple Pay) to charge your card.
- Shipping carriers (for home delivery orders) — address and package info only.
- Email & SMS providers to send order updates.
- Cloud hosting & storage providers (AWS / similar) that host our infrastructure under strict contractual data-protection terms.
- Legal authorities if we receive a valid subpoena, court order, or equivalent legal process.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or photos to advertisers or data brokers. Period.
5. Retention & deletion
- Photos: removed from our servers shortly after your order is fulfilled (typically within 30 days).
- Order records: retained for up to 7 years for tax, accounting, and legal reasons.
- Support emails: retained for up to 2 years.
You can request earlier deletion of your account-level data by emailing support@easyphotoprint.co.
6. Security
All data is protected with industry-standard encryption — both while being transmitted and while stored on our servers. Payment data never touches our servers; it is handled entirely by our payment provider. Access to our systems is strictly limited to authorized personnel only.
No system is perfectly secure. If we ever learn of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you without undue delay and provide details and mitigation steps.
7. Your privacy rights
You can always:
- Access the personal info we have about you.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Delete your account-level data (subject to tax/legal retention).
- Opt out of marketing email (transactional emails about your order will still be sent).
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Data portability — receive a copy of your data in a common format.

8. Children's privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, email us and we'll delete it.
9. International users
The Service is intended for users in the United States. If you access the Service from elsewhere, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice at least 10 days before they take effect. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects when the current version went live.
